Property description
If you’ve been looking for a solid investment opportunity in Shelby County, this 10-acre tract on Hwy 231 in Vincent sits between Harpersville and Pell City—about 5 minutes off Hwy 280—with 474 feet of frontage and B-2 zoning, giving you real flexibility. What makes this one stand out—it’s positioned between Lay Lake and Logan Martin Lake. That alone drives traffic for boats, RVs, and weekend use. You’re also directly across from a Dollar General and a grocery store—so if you're heading out for a weekend trip, you can load up and take off with everything right there for your convenience. We’ve got concept drawings for a C-store and RV/boat storage, and the town is actively looking for a service station with food. City-approved sewer extension coming soon along the highway frontage, which adds real value for development. Drawings are concept only. Not for development or construction.
